How to Prepare Paneer Manchurian Dry?
In a large bowl, mix maida, cornflour, chili powder, and salt.
Now mix well making sure all the dry ingredients are combined well and slowly add water as required. It must be like a flowing consistency batter.
After mixing well, add paneer and coat it well with batter.
Deep fry into hot oil until they all turn brown and take it out and keep it aside.
Preparing Manchurian Dry
Add 3 tsp oil to the pan and furthermore add ginger, garlic, and saute for some time.
Now add chopped onions and saute it for few mins. Later, add tomato sauce, soya sauce, chili powder, and Italian seasoning if you want it.
Saute for few mins until the sauce turns thick.
Finally, add the deep-fried paneer to the pan and give a good mix.
